For vehicles in commercial use, the powertrain warranty is limited to five years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first. If you encounter a minor mishap like a dead battery, flat tire, or running out of gas, we’re here to help with over 17,000 roadside assistance providers. Assistance is provided at no charge, including towing to the nearest Kia Dealer or Alternate Service Location (ASL) if necessary.
If your vehicle breaks down after hours, on weekends, or holidays, it will be towed and stored by a Kia-approved vendor and taken to the nearest dealer or ASL on the next business day.
In the event of a warranty-related disablement more than 150 miles from your home, with repairs requiring more than 24 hours to complete, we offer trip interruption benefits for meals, lodging, or rental car expenses. Coverage is limited to $100 per day, with a maximum of three days per incident. You must contact the Kia Consumer Assistance Center for reimbursement.
Insurance deductibles, expenses, and claims paid by other third-party providers are not eligible for reimbursement.
