At Kia, we have a lot of confidence in the quality and durability of every new vehicle that rolls off the assembly line. To back up that confidence, we offer an industry-leading Kia 10-year or 100,000-mile warranty program, ensuring peace of mind for our customers.

The Kia 10-Year/100,000-Mile Warranty Program Includes:

  • 10-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty
  • 5-year/60,000-mile limited basic warranty
  • 5-year/100,000-mile limited anti-perforation warranty
  • 5-year/60,000-mile roadside assistance plan

Each warranty provides coverage until either the yearly or total mileage figure is reached, whichever comes first. This warranty program applies to vehicles manufactured from 2008 onward.

Limitations of Coverage

The Kia 10-year/100,000-mile warranty program consists of various limited warranties, including:

  • Limited basic warranty
  • Limited powertrain warranty
  • Limited anti-perforation warranty
  • Roadside assistance and trip interruption program

For vehicles in commercial use, the powertrain warranty is limited to five years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first. Toll-Free Assistance

If you’re left stranded on the roadside, our toll-free hotline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call 1-800-333-4KIA for assistance anywhere in the U.S.

Emergency Roadside Assistance

If you encounter a minor mishap like a dead battery, flat tire, or running out of gas, we’re here to help with over 17,000 roadside assistance providers. Assistance is provided at no charge, including towing to the nearest Kia Dealer or Alternate Service Location (ASL) if necessary.

If your vehicle breaks down after hours, on weekends, or holidays, it will be towed and stored by a Kia-approved vendor and taken to the nearest dealer or ASL on the next business day.

Trip Interruption Policy

In the event of a warranty-related disablement more than 150 miles from your home, with repairs requiring more than 24 hours to complete, we offer trip interruption benefits for meals, lodging, or rental car expenses. Coverage is limited to $100 per day, with a maximum of three days per incident. You must contact the Kia Consumer Assistance Center for reimbursement.

Insurance deductibles, expenses, and claims paid by other third-party providers are not eligible for reimbursement.
